1. Deconditioning - We begin by shedding light on limiting beliefs and societal expectations that may be unconsciously holding you back from fully embracing your potential. Through guided exercises and introspective exploration, you'll identify these beliefs and begin the process of dismantling them. Here, you'll gain clarity on the "who" you truly are, not just the "who" you've been told you should be.
2. Discovering - This phase is all about uncovering the natural gifts that lie within you. Through a series of curated exercises, you'll embark on a journey of self-discovery to explore your unique talents, genuine traits, passions, values, and more. This step is all encompassing as it involves diving deeper through various modalities and tools such as the Enneagram, MBTI, Astrology, and Human Design to get a 360 degree view of you.
3. Alignment - Now that you have a clearer understanding of what’s guiding you, we'll work on aligning your external actions and choices with your dharma. This may involve creating a vision board, developing an action plan, or scheduling strategic activities to get you moving in your adjusted direction. Sometimes, this includes researching possible educational pursuits, making updates to resumes, or beginning a job search. Most importantly, however, this step requires you to surrender and trust yourself. There will be many opportunities for you to practice working with your strategy and authority throughout this phase.
4. Experiment & Feedback - I don’t believe in trial and error. Life is a grand experiment and we are constantly receiving feedback from the voices we make. The journey toward living your dharma is ongoing. This phase provides a safe space for you to experiment with different potentialities and assess feedback as it arises. We'll work together to test-drive various paths and refine your goals and vision accordingly.
5. Embodiment - The final stage is about integrating your dharma into your daily life. Here, we'll focus on building sustainable habits and developing routines and practices that support you in living in alignment with your purpose. You’ll hone your centering menu and mental health support tools so that you can come back to them regularly and remain grounded. Upon concluding your journey, you’ll have a clear action plan for moving forward into your aligned life, designed exclusively by you, for ease, fulfillment, abundance, and joy.
